Music at the Market
Grab your lawn chairs and join us at Farmers’ Market to
enjoy an outdoor concert. All concerts are free of charge.
Food and beverage will be available for purchase. All
concerts take place the 2nd Thursday of the months of
May – October from 5pm – 8pm.

City Wide Garage Sale
Gather up all your old stuff and get them ready for the
annual City Wide Garage Sale. For $7 we will list your
address with a few of the items you are selling in a
booklet. In the event of rain, it will be left to the discretion
of each individual of the garage sale to determine if they
want to cancel. There will be no refunds. This is an
inexpensive and great way to advertise your garage sale.
Registration deadline is Friday, April 27.
Booklets will be available for purchase on
Tuesday, May 1 - May 4, at City Hall, Parks Office, Chamber of Commerce and the Library.

Adult Softball League
Wednesdays, Begins April 18
Get your team together and join this fun recreational
league. Must be 18 & older to play.
League fee: $250 (10 games per team)
Minimum: 6 teams Maximum: 8 teams
Magical Mystery Camp
Monday-Friday, June 18 – June 22 (9:00am-Noon)
Ages: 6-12
Kids will learn new magic tricks each day. Campers will
weave their tricks into a mystery show, which they will
create and perform the last day for their families! In
learning magic, theater, and improv, your kids will develop their presentation skills and confidence while having a lot of fun.

Must pre-register by Thursday, June 14.

​Concert in the Park
Friday, June 15 (7:00-9:00pm)
Join us at Rennick Riverfront Pavilion to enjoy a FREE
concert by the Washington Brass Band.

Junior Lifeguard
Monday-Friday, June 25–June 29
(9:00am-12:00pm) Ages: 11-16
Thinking about being a Lifeguard? This program will
provide instruction in necessary life guarding skills. Course includes water safety, leadership skills, basic work skills, lifeguard skills, first aid & CPR training. This program does not include certification.

Must pre-register by Thursday, June 21.

Flick-n-Float
Thursday, July 26 (Sundown 8:30pm)
In appreciation for supporting the Parks Department join
us for this fun night. Come out to the pool for movie night. We will show a family movie under the stars. So, bring your inner-tubes and/or rafts along with family & friends. First State Community Bank will be providing hotdogs, chips and soda!

​You must purchase tickets in advance. Tickets available at the Parks Office. Kids 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 and older.
Maximum capacity: 200 people
Movie: DEEP
Fee: 11 & under: $2.50 12 & Older: $4
​Aqua Aerobics
Mondays, July 9– July 30 (6:00-6:45pm)
Join us for a water aerobics class that will focus on muscle conditioning & cardiovascular fitness. Swimming ability is not required for this group exercise. Class taught by Life Force Fitness Team.

Must pre-register by Thursday, July 5

​Doggie Dip
Sunday, August 12 (7:30-8:30pm)
Washington Pool has gone to the dogs! Here’s a chance
for your pooch to beat the heat and just have a “dog gone” good time. Dogs must follow their owner’s rules and must be accompanied by an adult. Owners are responsible for cleaning up any accidents.

Dog and owner must pre-register by Thursday, August 9.
