All sessions will be held in the lower level of the Chamber, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.. Cost is $25/person for each event and will include lunch. Events will be held the 4th Tuesday of the month, skipping July, November, and December.

Participants explore roles, strengths, communication styles, and shared accountability to improve collaboration and team effectiveness. May 26 - Video + Creative Strategy - Ideation to Creation (Doug Wicker & Wilder Politte, Drive Social Media) This presentation outlines Drive Social Media’s process for turning ideas into finished creative. From extracting real client needs to developing, refining, and executing strong visual content. Through a real-world case study, it shows how strategy, planning, and adaptability come together to produce effective work. |
June 23 - Navigating Conflict with Confidence (Dawn Wiskur, The Quality Coach)
Conflict is inevitable and how it’s handled makes the difference. This session provides practical tools to address conflict directly, reduce tension, and turn difficult conversations into productive outcomes. August 25 - Engaging and Motivating Employees (Dawn Wiskur, The Quality Coach) This session explores what truly motivates employees beyond pay and perks. Participants learn how recognition, clarity, and purpose drive engagement and how leaders can create conditions for ownership and accountability. September 22 - Panel Discussion - AI in Business: Tools, Parameters, and more (Eric McCleave - EWM Solutions, Jon Lober - NOC Technology, and more) October 6 - Cybersecurity (Jon Lober - NOC Technology) October 27 - Shaping a Strong, Values-Driven Culture (Mary Shofner, The Quality Coach) Culture is created through everyday behaviors. This session helps participants understand how actions, decisions, and communication reinforce, or erode, organizational values and workplace culture. |
